VOTE for a Filipino HERO

Manila, Manila...I'm coming home Manila

OK I've been so busy preparing for my trip that I didn't even bother to post anything new. I'm still worried about my luggage...I hope there won't be a need to pay for excess baggage. At the same time I'm also hoping to have a HEALTHY, swine flu FREE trip. I'm off to Manila on Oct.28...I'm super excited to be home after more than 2 years, but I'm also worried about my hubby. He might end up eating 떡볶이 tteok-bokk-i (Korean rice cake snack) and 라면 ra-myeon (instant noodles)all the time. I'm really looking forward to spending time with my family and friends....and of course being away from kimchi wonderland might even be good for me from time to time...kkkk.

Filipino MONKEYS

I was outraged by the mere thought that another MORON is out there calling Filipinos monkeys. WONDERGIRLS (famous Korean girl group) member Yu-bin supposedly called Filipinos monkeys (in her Twitter account) and she even said that it should keep on raining in the Philippines (during typhoon Ondoy) so Filipino monkeys will drown to death. GRRRRRR! I was fuming mad after hearing this from my sister. Anyway, to give the so-called "Ugly Yu-bin" the benefit of the doubt, I tried to check out the news and even the (now deleted) Twitter account. Some people say that it was a fake Twitter account and that the singer is currently depressed because the outcome of this rumor may get so BIG that it might eventually affect her career. In my opinion there's no way we can ever find out if it was really fake or not...I'm just hoping it's not true.
